Offers competitive interest rates along with down payment assistance up to 3% of the mortgage loan amount, fully forgiven after 15 years. Eligible for buyers who are buying a new or existing home, who are first-time or move up buyers, who are buying a home in North Carolina and occupying it within 60 days of closing, who have an annual income that does not exceed $85,000, who are applying for a FHA, USDA, or VA loan and meet the sales price limits of the loan type, or are legal residents of the United States, and who have a credit score of 640 or higher.
